Very potent, had me a little jittery but not too bad, enough to get me going. Great taste not chalky like most but very effective and lasted so long you may wanna take a melatonin if your a 5 or 6 pm gym guy like me

Great choice and potent pre-workout supplement it help me power through my workouts , but taste may not be appealing to everyone, as it is quite sour.Price is a bit high compared to other pre-workout supplements on the market with the same results.

Elevated mood and tunnel focus was the most noticeable, impressed by the overall profile of this preworkout.. for the cost this contends with most of the high stim preworkouts that cost twice as much. Great flavor even though I do not prefer grape and to be forewarned 1 scoop has enough potency. Highly recommend!

First of all, if the energizing effect was as strong as the food coloring and artificial flavoring, we would have a new king in town. Sadly, its not that strong.On the positive side, (with one scoop) I did notice *slightly* elevated performance, no jitters, and beter water managment than other more intnse brands (like Ghost). I'll stick with it, but I doubt that I'll reorder.

I mixed this with a scoop of Beta-alanine and creatine. It has just enough caffeine to get you going. Flavor was okay. I would like to see a different flavor in the future.
