Be aware if you're sensitive to choline
I usually really like this brand because they don't have soy. If you're not sensitive to choline, these will probably work for you. If you suspect you have a sensitivity to choline, you'll know for sure after you try these. I tried these for a few days and got a bad headache within a few hours each day I took them. It also exacerbated my underlying depression a great deal, which at this time is hardly a daily challenge, so I knew something was up.I had another prenatal with a low dose of choline from another brand that I stopped taking because they were making me lethargic and foggy for over a year. So I guess what I can thank this product for is that it helped me realize WHY I've been feeling so brain dead. I switched to vitamins without choline and feel like myself again!!
