The vest is comfortable and keeps me warm during the cold months while watching my kids sporting events. The battery and cord connection was loose. I reached out to the company and they were happy to send a new battery free of charge. It fixed the issue. I appreciate that they followed up to make sure the vest is working well. I like that it's form fitting so I can wear it under my winter jacket for extra warmth. I went with an x-small (I normally wear small) and it fits snug but not too tight - just right for my needs. I also like that the company logo is subtle on the vest instead of plastered big and tacky.

wore it to an NFL game as was cold here and a night game. Size was somewhat snug so maybe size up .Over all pretty comfy, but battery pack was a little bigger than I expected. Had it on Warmest setting . Worked well and quick . was not too hot in fact I'm always cold so would have preferred it got warmer. I use it now when out walking the dog.. Overall I'm happy with my purchase

UPDATE: I had an incident happen at work which made me reach out to support and seek some help. The support was very quick to help me and I got a new vest and battery pack delivered a few days later. This one is much better. I have no issue with the zipper on fault of the jacket, and the wire stays connected to the battery pack much better in this one. I can run without the wire coming out, so that's great. I definitely say that if you're on the fence, you should just order it. If anything is wrong, the support team WILL help you. They are very willing to help you out.ORIGINAL: Overall, this vest is delightful. The zipper is the first thing I had to overcome. I was having some trouble getting it to zip up because the right aide didn't want to slide all the way in. I eventually got it. Not the biggest problem. The biggest problem I have is actually with the wire that plugs into the battery pack to power the vest. If I have the battery pack standing upright, I can't close the zipper without hitting the wire or having to push it down. If I lay the battery pack sideways in the little pocket for it, I find that the wire will unplug at the littlest movement and the vest turns off.I've seen some reviews saying the vest stopped working after the second use, but im still on my first use so I can't attest to that. I'll update the review should anything go wrong with it though. I would suggest putting your hoodie over-top of the vest as well.

Heats up nicely and stays warm. The warm neck is especially nice. Great customer service for an issue that turned out to be my error.

I really like how it kept me warm, where I live it's always a damp cold! Using it at a high level just to warm up then lower to the lowest level worked best for me. It fits well, I normally use a large woman's but I feel like I could have used a medium in this item. But I'm totally okay with it being a little bigger so I could fit a sweater underneath ( if needed) Battery usage was expected, I kept my heat on for about 5 to 6 hours before I needed to charge it. Overall, I highly recommend

Very warm, easy to charge battery. I wish it was less boxy, more form fitting. Keeps me warm through a whole afternoon on snowmachine.

The vest worked well. I visited zoolights locally and it was a bit chilly but I felt very comfortable with only the lowest setting

I had the vest for about 3 months when the battery stopped working - it simply wouldn't charge. I contacted the company and they sent a new battery. Problem solved and the vest heats up again. I've taken one star off for the sending a vest with a battery known to have issues. That kind of risk management is annoying. If you know the battery has issues bite the bullet and send the new and improved.As for fit, the jacket fits very nicely. I like that it's long. It is also very well made. The mid section is a bit loose and could be more fitted. I'm 5' 11" and weigh 175 lbs and order a size large. Because the vest is lined it's also wind proof. Without the heating element it's a fantastic vest, just not worth $169. The heated collar glorious and feels therapeutic helping my sore neck. A good purchase.
