yes, that is where i first became acquainted with it. It is a very well engineered piece and is now in my bed stand as a tactical light. It has features for every type of use from fire and rescue to sports, camping and outdoor. Very tech. Very light weight as well.

Do these have that annoying dark hole in the middle of the beam ?

No. You can adjust the beam to a certain point. The only down point on the mag light is that when in the holder the on button sometimes gets tripped. It's a little annoying. But you have to look at the price difference with this light and the, say Streamlight, and allow for some compensation.
