It helped my 8year old boy in making sleep habits now he sleeps around 11-11:30 pm daily and it doesn’t have side effects also . Before giving it to my son . Me and my husband have taken this for 8 days just check on any side effect . But it totally safe and no problem in giving to child at least who is 8yr old .

I had ordered it about 15 days ago. I have previously used setu melatonin 5 mg. With that i felt i still had to make an effort to fall asleep. But i wanted to switch to a lesser concentration so i ordered this 3mg. It works great it also feels stronger than the previous one somehow. I fall asleep quicker. I stay asleep untill 7 in the morning atleast. However With this i have felt somethings extra such as a some remanet sleepiness through out the day. But overall works great. Also the orally disintegrating strip is a little thick but still dissolves quick and kinda tastes like chocolate but like scent wise not taste wise.

Not good. Would not recommend. The doctors I consulted asked not to buy and use these sleep inducing/aiding supplements. Not good for health. Talk to doctor and see if you need these before buying.

These melatonin strips are easy to take and are taste masked as well. Very convenient way of taking any supplement. These have helped me to have a better and fresher sleep.
