Beautiful color & quality product!
Color was perfect and it came quickly! It was well packaged upon arrival. It functions very well (as all yetis seem to do) and the yeti kept our drinks and subs cool from wedding morning till after the reception! Not too heavy and roomy enough but you do have the typical lost space from the yetis build/installation

Great cooler
Perfect gift for anyone! Beautiful and durable, there is a solid seal to the top so there will be no leaking and it’s pretty spacious on the inside ! The red was a TRUE red color and easy to use for the beach, cookouts, tailgating etc. bought on sale and happy I did!

Great cooler! We’ll build as you’d expect.
Haven’t had this long. But first impressions do not disappoint. Like with all Yeti products the build quality is fantastic. Super easy to use fill it up and you’re good to go. Held enough for 3 of us on the lake most of the day with ice still left over and the cooler sitting in direct sunlight the entire time. The one drawback was getting a darker color becaise it absorbs more sun/heat so the top does feel warm. But on the inside it was still nice and cold. The basket was a nice plus for holding some items that we didn’t want to get all wet. And the carry handles work really well both the rope and the built in grab handles. Good size for a day out with a few people. If you’re going to have more than 3-4 people I’d go next size or couple sizes up. This thins has A TON OF INSULATION! So it takes away a little in the capacity area as do all the coolers build this way!

Great cooler.
This is a great cooler and has been on many vacations with our family. It is durable and holds up to our dog trials with no issues of leaking water in the car at all. The size is okay for 2 people just going for a couple days. The inside basket we did use some but it was hard because it takes up a bit of space and once you get ice and everything in the cooler makes it hard to fit the basket. Keeps everything Yeti cold as it should.

A must have for vacation at the beach
Got it for vacation, just what I needed. Kept the ice frozen for 24 hours and everything inside it very cold as well. Be warned it is heavy but worth it. The turn plug on the side of the cooler makes it easy to drain out water. Which was helpful for my father who is older and has a bad shoulder. Would buy again.

Buy once, cry once
This is an awesome cooler! It holds ice just as expected and the finish is perfect! I noticed some negative feedback on the weight but really a cooler this size filled with ice and drinks is to be expected. They do make wheel kits for these! It is very hot here especially in the back of vehicles in the sun all day and the ice still survives for days! If you are a hunter of fisherman just go ahead and send it, get one.

Nice Color options
Love the color and yeti quality toughness but ice doesn’t last as long as I thought it would, I would still buy another one because of the above things I mentioned but ice retention still bothers me!

Yes it’s expensive but you cannot buy better. I have been camping for five days and there is still ice on it at the end. It’s also bombproof quality never mind bear proof.

We have one in the U.S., which kept our food safe from a bear's attempted break-in! Nothing but one scuff mark, even though the bear "swatted" it from the top of a picnic table. Purchased a second one for our family in the U.K. and can't wait to take it camping. DO chill the cooler down the night before, if you intend to store food for multiple days (Yeti recommendation). The cooler has substantial weight, especially when loaded with food.

REVIEW I bought this cooler because my Pelican 45 is way too big on the outside of the cooler and doesn't fit in any car trunk that I have owned. I want to be able to take my 45 with me for car trips. So far I'm really happy with the size and how well it keeps ice. It is also significantly lighter than the Pelican. The Pelican has and needs wheels, but this Yeti just doesn't feel like it needs them. I'm not too crazy about the rope handles yet, but the Yeti has solid handles built in too and these work like a charm. I measured the actual internal capacity of this with water. It can hold just about exactly 32 liters of water and still have the lid close. For comparison, the Pelican 45 with wheels measured in at 35-36 liters (but also has a little lift in the lid that would allow a bit of extra space form the Yeti). Pros * 10 day ice retention seems great, especially in a compact size. * Quite light for an injection molded cooler. * Easy to carry with the molded handles. * Fits in many car trunks, including my Civic. Compact. Not a square! * Nice color. * Quality construction. * Solid: doubles as a seat, step stool, etc. Cons * Price. * Would prefer closures like the Pelican has to the rubber straps. THE TEST I wanted to know how long this cooler will keep ice before I did a review, but I didn't want to wait for next summer, so I set up another indoor test. Test conditions: * 23 degrees Celcius for ~12 hours a day and 18-22 degrees Celcius for the other 12. * Lid opened briefly once a day at the same time to check ice level. * Cooler pre-cooled with icepacks for one hour before starting. * Cooler filled to the top with large ice cubes (you know: the kind your grandma/great-grandma made manually in the freezer trays), these cubes are much larger than store bought cubes and will last longer as a result. Test Result: Still had a little ice after 10 days. Cold water was all that remained on day 11. I don't like other tests where they "simulate real world useage" by opening the cooler multiple times a day and digging around in it. I want to know how long a cooler keeps ice, not how long ice takes to melt in a cooler that is open...so I kept opening to a minimum. I know the cooler will keep for a shorter time if I'm opening it and keeping food in it instead of solid ice, but that isn' the point. See pictures for the start of the test and the various milestones (Starting, two days, five days, eight days, and 10 days).
