When I purchased my Com-Pac 27 sailboat the holding tank had been removed. This unit with the pump-out adapter was easy to install and works great for two adults for a few overnights.

We use this in our camper trailer. It's sturdy and a decent size, although we put it on a 2 inch platform for comfort. Super easy to empty with the spout sustem. No mess at all. Flusher actually works with push button. No odor from sealed unit. Overall, a good product.

Lid keeps popping off and the flush doesn’t really get around of the bowl properly. So you have to wipe it every time.Nice and compact. But very hard to get together. Struggle every time. As does my husband.

I read some of the other reviews for advice on how to use this toilet. The best method I found was to prefill with some water from the flush system, do your business, empty and clean with a strong spray bottle rather than the flush function. Lysol wipes every as needed to clean the surfaces and seals. It also helped to leave a little bit of water over the bowl seal, in case any smells come up from the reservoir. I was worried it would smell bad but really didn't notice any smells. The "fill window" is sort of useless because it's very hard to see the bubbles.It took me a couple tries to practice emptying. Not "everything" is going to come out completely, so if the toilet is going to be used long term then you should probably deep clean the tank every now and then. I found this size to be good because it's smaller and more compact. The 5 gallon version is way too heavy once it is full. Would rather empty more often on this 2.6 gallon.
