Needed to replace a very very old and well used T5 upholstery staple gun that was handed down from my Grand dad to my dad to me.... Starting a small proeject with the wife and it died..... Ordered this 9600B and couldn't be happier. Its so compact, light and easy to use. the moveable air discharge is a very nice added feature allowing you to control where the triggered air releases in a specific direction... Nice Contact Tip safety. and VERY easy to tell where a staple WILL be put when you finally pull the trigger... T5 staples are available everywhere, they are affordable and Hold SO VERY VERY Well. Case is a nice holder for when your storing your Stapler, comes with a little bottle of oil that should last several years worth of use, just make certain you put 1-2 drops in the air inlet before you use the gun each time. use good dry compressed air and I have no doubt this stapler will last decades.. Nice rubber grips and size, fits my GORILLA sized fists and my very petite sized wife hands equally well.. you will need a supply of DRY compressed air either from a small compressor or one of those tire re-filling vessels but easy enough to figure out... I would buy this stapler again tomorrow if I had to without reservations... Price for quality and build is EXCELLENT ! We fired just under 800 staples today with it while re-doing 10 bar stools and a vinyl dining booth for a friends re-model... this little gun is GREAT.. Just make sure your air hose is nice and flexible and not to bulky !

Hey bought this to recover a motorcycle seat. I’d borrowed a hand operated staple gun from a friend but it wasn’t quite powerful enough to drive the staples home into the hard plastic seat base. This one however did the job brilliantly, and it is small enough to get into all the difficult areas. Would recommend this to anyone. I did have to change the airline connector to match mine but I had a few lying around anyway.

I have owned several hand staplers from Surebonder and this is the first stapler I have purchased that is used with an air compressor. The stapler is easy to use and is it is better than using a hand stapler.

The user manual has the air inlet thread listed as 3/8" NPT. This is wrong and as a result I purchased the wrong fitting.Upon receiving the stapler I measured the supplied fitting and it doesn't quite match up to 1/4" NPT either.I contacted Surebonder to find out the correct size. Zero response.Edit: I did eventually get a reply from Surebonder - STANDARD SIZE (yes in all caps). I don't think the person even knows what a threaded connector is.
