A Great Dolly if Used as Intended
If you use this thing as it's intended, it's a great dolly. It's NOT made to carry heavy weight in the middle for extended periods of time - weight needs to be over the wheels if you want a permanent setup. So not good for continuous use under a small heavy flower container that isn't roughly the same size as the dolly. I use it to move an 80# container of files - the file container bottom extends over the four wheels. Rolls easily on low-pile carpet (all wheels rotate). Easy to assemble: put in 4 screws to attach each wheel.

The Misadventures of a Furniture Mover Extraordinaire
Gather 'round, fellow furniture wranglers, as I regale you with the tale of the Dolly Cart – the little mover with big dreams and non-locking wheels:Let me tell you, folks, this Dolly Cart may be small, but it's got the heart of a lion and the spirit of a champion. I've hauled everything from couches to coffee tables with this bad boy, and it hasn't backed down once. It's like the David to my furniture-moving Goliath – and let me tell you, Goliath never stood a chance.Handy-Dandy Helper:Oh, the adventures I've had with this handy-dandy contraption! It's like having a trusty sidekick by my side, ready to tackle any moving mishap that comes our way. Need to navigate a tight corner? No problem. Stuck in a doorway? Piece of cake. This Dolly Cart is the MacGyver of the moving world – resourceful, resilient, and always ready for action.Wheels of Misfortune:But let's talk about the pièce de résistance – those non-locking wheels. Oh, the chaos they've caused! One minute, I'm smoothly gliding across the floor like a figure skater on ice, and the next, I'm careening into a wall like a bull in a china shop. It's like riding a rollercoaster, only with more furniture and fewer safety harnesses. But hey, what's life without a little excitement, am I right?Final Verdict, From One Furniture Wrangler to Another:In conclusion, my fellow furniture wranglers, the Dolly Cart is a mover's dream and a comedian's goldmine. It may have non-locking wheels that send you careening into walls, but it's small, handy, and full of character. So grab your sense of adventure, hold onto your coffee table, and get ready for a wild ride – because with the Dolly Cart, every move is an adventure.

Quality for a price
It's sturdy and reliable, and straightforward to use (no weird tricks or assembly here)... but it's expensive, for a board on wheels. If the price is no object, it will serve you well.

Nice size and handle access, caster wheels cheap and not smooth
Easy to assemble, like the configuration. Cheap tiny plastic wheels that spun and didn’t turn smoothly, even on smooth, epoxied cement.
