Not the best but pretty good
The product holds well but turns white in your hair after a while. Make sure to do a thorough job of spreading the product evenly otherwise you’ll have white patches.

Slicks for only a short time before my edges starts to frizz back up. Smells good though. Not for 4c girls

Too Much
I love the many products by Deity. However, this one contained a bit too much perfume! As an allergy sufferer it took me a few months to determine what was causing a lot of flare ups. Then I discovered that the smell of this product was the culprit. If you have issues with sinus allergies I would not recommend this product.

The best tamer for my defiant natural hair.
I like to spritz some water to dampen the hair first then rub some of the product in the palms of my hand before smoothing on to my hair starting first from the hair line and working upwards.

Ingredients is off
I was a huge supporter of this product being that it’s plant based but I have a nut allergy and this literally caused my edges to burn off and dried my skin. The good thing is I gave it to a friend who has no issues. Please make sure to label your products clearly.

AN UP SIDE, A DOWN SIDE BUT AN UP SIDE AGAIN!
I didn't order this edge control on amazon I just purchased my from a beauty supply store and soon when I applied a little bit amount on my edge (feeling that the texture of the gel is kind of thick) but coated enough gel to flatten it still on the surface instantly I was already impressed by the result.But....yes theres a but....when I came into this product page to read the comments I was surprised by the poor ratings it got, saying it leaves behind this white stuff residue, so went took a look at my edge and they were right, once the gel dried, there was some white stuff gel left over, but I didn't want to give up for this product I still want to give it a chance.So I took my trusty toothbrush I use for my edges and brushed stroke backwards to remove off and pick up some of the left over gel residue and the result still came out on "FLEEK😆😎", a continued perfectly well groomed finishing look. And do not regret it on this product, there are up sides and there are down sides but than it gets right back up again, just gotta know what you're doing and if or how it right. Best of luck😉!
