Using for PT, works great.
These replaced tubing I got from the physical therapist.They work. The length is fine. The only issue was that the instructions for a knot (to make a loop) that came with them will slip/tighten when I use as directed. Simple fix: I use a different knot.The tubing received is made for two different resistance levels (black and blue). In my case, either one works fine so there has been no waste.

The Product is 5 years old. I returned it last time for the same issue but again the same product is delivered which is 5 years old.

Great product, the blue is a bit easy to stretch but I am 6'4" 185 pounds, might be good for smaller people. Black band is great.

Good quality resistance bands. Seem slightly better quality than the no-brand one they're replacing.
