The only issue I had was that it took about an hour to assemble and one piece was slightly bent so the foot bar is a little wobbly. Everything else works great. I removed the lumbar/vibration pad because it was uncomfortable for me.

Took me an hour and a half to set up by myself. I laid the frame down to attach the swivel. Its solid. It’s comfortable. The heat and massage are a great addition. My wife and I both use it regularly.

ankle pads very comfortable, great tablehard to assemble with poor instructions and you will need your own metric allen wrenches and wrenches. Had to use a hammer and screw driver to remove the "cup holder" center which I'm not using to hold the heating pad remote - because the heating pad broke on first use.

I wasn't new to inversion tables. Have an old one from jpc bought more than 10 years ago. I wanted to try a different one that had cushion and was easier to disengage the foot holder. This one works great and the massage/heat function are an added benefit. Assembly was not difficult but I did follow the instructions. I usually don't. So far it's working good and is used daily by someone in my family. After using for a while it's not needed as often. Compared to the pricier ones, this does what it's supposed to. Nice product.

Works great it really does a great job at deco pressing the back and spine. This is a must have item.

Takes a couple of days to get use to. It is well worthwhile. I use it twice a day for 10 minutes, started at 5 minutes.

The massage pad thing is garbage and just does heat and vibration, other than that it is syrupy and well made
