What is the lowest height the handles can be adjusted to?

Does this come without led wheels? i am looking for a foldable micro maxi without led wheels

does this model have two rear wheels close to each other? i've seen some 3 wheel models where this is the case.

Is there a metal support bar under the deck

It does have support under the deck, however, it is not metal. It is the chassis, it's a hard plastic spine that holds most of the parts of the scooter on to it.
