Quality and definitely work if you are consistent.
These are the best bands for extensor workouts. I've bought this pack three times in 9 years. They wear out and break after a couple years of use like any other band. Regular use they will last a couple years per pack. Not perfect, I wish they would be a little more robust and wish they made an even heavier duty one.

手軽に手を開く方の筋トレが出来ます。色によって強度が違います。白、緑、黄、青、赤の順で強度が強くなります。それぞれ２つずつ入っています。 グリッパーなどで手を閉じる方の筋トレをしている方は、このようなものを使い、手を開く方のトレーニングもした方が、怪我防止になるのと、筋トレの効果が高くなると、２つのメリットがあるそうです。 私はアラフォー男性ですが、緑色のバンドと黄色のバンドを使っています。黄色で追い込んだ後、少し強度を落とした緑色で更に追い込む感じです。前腕に効いてる感じで、やってると張ってきます。あんまり強度が高いのでやると関節や筋を痛めそうなので注意は必要と思います。
