I gave this 3 stars because I couldn't accurately assess if it worked or not. Since it needs to be kept in fridge after opening, I never seemed to have it when I needed it. When I kept it with me then I would forget to refrigerate it again. At some point I wondered if the product was still ok after being unrefrigerated so much
