Works great, we use it for our mini hunted house and for the space we had it did the treat.

these were perfect for what I needed them for just a small area of my decorations that needed an accent of lighting outside of it'd be great indoors The compact design makes it easy to hide them so you can't actually see the light itself just the strobing effect which is adjustable and gives you an a spectrum of flashing that you can change the speed they function very well left them on the whole time Cord could be a little longer and just to be safe I cover mine with a Ziploc bagging because I had them outside My shipping was received quickly and in good order there was a problem however when I received them one was actually broken the panel inside with the LEDs was beating around inside the box of the strobe light I had to take it apart and fix it I tried contacting the seller but all they wanted to do was send them back which I did not have time to do

I would call these mini, adjustable flashing LED lights - not necessarily "strobes" - but that's coming from an engineer. The rate of flashing is adjustable and the light output is very good for their size. They work great for my application, which is putting them in my attic to try and scare away squirrels.

The speed of the flash would be way too slow for party purposes, but that's not why I bought them. I place these units in the foundation vent openings beneath my house. By setting the flash rate to about a 1.25 second interval, it makes the area beneath a house inhospitable to rodents that might otherwise want to take up residence there. (Should work in attics, as well.) The reason this works is that the flash interval doesn't allow a rodent's eyes to remain comfortable enough to tolerate the constant bright/dark changes. They can adapt to rapid flash rates like what would be found at a party or dance hall. Try one of these at 1.25 second intervals to see how quickly your eyes start to hurt. Again... not good as party strobe lights, but great for keeping Mice, Rats, Squirrels away from crawl spaces. It's also a healthier alternative to poisons, and a lot easier than retrieving dead rodents from below a house or building.

I bought these months ago for my brother. He heard about a trick to keep squirrels out of his attic by using strobe lights. It doesn't seem to keep the squirrels out but they have been on continuously for several months and they are still running. He said they seem to be very well made and easy to set up and run. Couldn't beat the price, great value.

As soon as I got it I could tell it was very cheaply made. but I decided to give it a shot. It worked for the first few days but there was no point in using it because of how dim it was. The speed controller knob on the back of the strobe doesn’t do anything and you can feel the internal components twisting around with the knob. A few days later I plug it in and it has stoped working. The whole thing just feels cheap. The cord is so thin that you can pull it in half with little effort. I also noticed that labels on the strobe were spelled incorrectly.Save your money and don’t buy this thing. For a few bucks more you can get a name brand strobe that actually works.
