Would this work to put pinstripes on bedroom walls?

This would work if you are planning to paint over these but to just put on the wall, no they won't work. Afterwhile the tape loses it stickiness.

Can you use it draft patterns on dress forms?

I did not find it to be sticky enough. It will not leave a residue if you were to use it on the dress form. But I can't say that it would stick enough not to move.
