Okay so, at first, these things were really difficult to install. The directions for getting the cover off were non-existent. I struggled through because these were the only handles I could find that were the look that I wanted. I have installed door knobs before, but this was the first 'lever' style I've done.There is a trick to getting the cover off. There is a very small 'v' shape tab, i found by pressing that out very gently with a flat head screw driver this would slight push off the cover/liner. Then just pulling the two pieces apart.It was honestly very frustrating to do. They do look really nice, but next time i will probably use something else. The amount of effort to just prep these handles was not really worth it.

I was very surprised and happy with this handle. I work in construction and this handle is remarkably better quality that your average door handle. Very solid, and install design is robust and makes so the handle is firmly set and will not come loose over time.The company is great also! I saw a burr on the door after installing the handle and course I grab the sander to knock off the burr and as it must happen I bumped the cover plate with the sander leaving a scratch. I called the company to see about purchasing a replacement of just that cover. The woman I spoke with was very courteous and helpful. In the end they were able to provide me the part I needed and wouldn't even let me pay the shipping cost. Very happy with this purchase.

The handles are lovely and a great color. After having them installed for a year, half of the locks no longer work. The ones that still work feel like you're pushing something that's not moving when you try to engage the lock. Ultimately, I have to buy new privacy levers so I'm not thrilled about this product. I'll be purchasing a different brand.

The overall look and quality is great and I’ll def purchase again now that I’ve cracked the code. I’m a little embarrassed to say it took me HOURS to figure out the inside liner needed to be removed from the decorative case it was quick and easy. Of course then I dropped the liner and it dented the liner :( so be careful there too. But overall happy with it.

I loved the way this handle looked when I first got it but worried that it felt very light. Sure enough, even during installation golden color started to come off. It got dented a couple of months later and more scratches became visible with regular use. Now, over a year later, it looks like a very cheap handle. Need to replace it

Looks great. Using on an exterior door, so will see how it holds up to the weather. This was inexpensive and looks nice, so even if it doesn't hold up for more than a few years, I will have gotten good use out of it and can choose a better knob. This does fit both RH and LH doors so don't worry about that.

We bought 12 pairs of these locks for our new house & paint started chipping off of 5 of the 12 already in 6 mts of moving in.Do not waste your money & give business to a company whose products are worth the quality.

A little pricey due to being black, but looks very modern. Would recommend this brand, but be warned, you must use a plate mount on the door latch, straight cylinder is not an option.

It works, but the professionals that also installed the new door the handle is on said it was difficult to install in comparison to other handles. More disappointingly, the gold paint chipped -- in a very conspicuous spot -- during the installation.

Quality is terrible and product is way harder to install than any other door knobs i've installed in my life

Wouldn’t recommend. Handle is painted, paint was flaking off right out of the box
