Better than I expected
Thought I'd give these a try for a change and was impressed. Cooked in Halogen for longer than directed so the outer gets really crispy. Makes a good substitute for chips in some meals and roasties in others.

These cook up with a crispy outside, but the tiny amount of 'potato' inside is liquidy and unpleasant - doesn't taste or look like potato should
