I haven't actually tested it for continuity yet, but it is much easier to work with than the previous stuff from the big box stores. It is very supple for such thick wire. It is labeled so you know how many feet are left. On top of this, it's slightly cheaper that you'll pay at the big box stores.

Nice tight packaging. When unrolled, the cable quickly conforms to a straight path and doesn't have any curve memory of being on the roll. Installed the line throughout my yard to get full coverage and it's performing great from lead to end. There's a subtle difference on each side if you need to keep track of polarity, which it turns out I needed. I used the Moonray cable connectors with it and they fit great.

Received wire on time but I wan't ready to use it. Started a project to replace all the wiring on my existing lighting system and I can say this wire is just great. I was concerned it would be stiff to work with, but it's strands are so fine,, it bends very easily and is very easy to work with. Great product.

What’s can you say about wire except there were no issues with the reel and all the lights worked after installing the cable.

Just what I needed at a great price! This cable appears to be pretty heavy duty and should last for quite awhile! Buy in bulk and save, you can always find more apps for lighting in the future. Enjoy!

I evaluated this wire compared to wire from a lighting supplier (Volt) that I had on hand. The insulation on the Dripstone is rather shiny, somewhat hard, and about 30% thinner. Both wires are 12AG and had 65 strands of copper wire. The insulation of the Dripstone is easier to strip (since it's thinner) yet was harder to pull apart the conductors. This wire should be fine and remain flexible underground. It is a little easier to bury due to it's smaller size. When joining wires be sure to "fan" the strands before using a silicon wire nut. Helps to transfer current.

Based on other reviews, I used a box cutter to split the wire where needed. Product works as expected. I have quite a large back yard and used this to place low voltage Led lights around the perimeter in beds.

This is a must buy for the money when running low voltage lighting. Great buy for the price and the footage for the gage wire.
