Even though the pans are advertised as “cookie sheets”, I actually found them to be more useful for frozen breadsticks. I laid out six frozen breadsticks on the parchment (included with each sheet pan), and popped them in the oven for 7 minutes per directions on the box. The breadsticks came out of the oven perfectly done with the hot garlic spread just so. To tell you the truth, this was easier than using an air fryer. After baking, I just throw away the parchment paper, and cleanup was easy. For next time, I just use my own parchment paper. I tried baking cookies but wasn’t as successful. The bottoms of the cookies weren’t as crisp as I wanted. The bottom of the pan has ridges. It’s NOT smooth like a regular cookie sheet. The outside of the bottom is a cobalt blue color. I don’t know if that has anything to do with it. Each sheet is about 15” X 10” and has a 3/4 inch high rim. It is oven safe only to 420 F. The parchment paper (Made in France) makes it non-stick. I found these sheet pans perfect for breadsticks, and I love them, because they’re not heavy. There are a total of 6 sheets, which was great for continuous rounds of breadsticks without having to stop and wash any pan. These pans would also be great for parties or an event. They were also useful as trays for prep work before a barbecue. I will definitely not be throwing these away.

Love, love, love these!!! Baking sheets and pans stay immaculately clean since using these! Perfect for cookies, chicken tenders, French fries, pizza, anything! After cooking, you just throw out the paper liner and pans are clean! They are a new staple in my kitchen.

These parchment sheets are so much better than using parchment on a roll. It's quick and easy to just pull out one sheet - no cutting to size. Just the right size for a regular size baking sheet and nothing I've made has stuck to it. Great product!

Solía ponerle a los vegetales un poco de aceite al hornearlos con la finalidad de que no se pegaran, con estas hojas de hornear ya no es necesario y por lo tanto los vegetales son más sanos. No son lo mismo que el papel encerado normal, son un poco más gruesas. El que vengan ya cortadas facilita mucho su uso. Yo las divido a la mitad porque las utilizo en una bandeja pequeña y quedan perfectas
