Not Just for Older Readers!
I bought this magazine last year when it was on sale just to see what it was about. I'll admit, I had many preconceived notions about it. I thought it was going to feature articles that I didn't relate to - and content mainly geared at my Mother and Grandmother's generations.I was wrong. I'm in my mid-20s and this is by far one of my favorite magazines. Hands down. It has great, very relevant articles that will apply to any woman, marriage, and home. The advice is amazing and I love the recipes and kitchen ideas.I also have to add that my 19 year old brother in law commented recently that it had some pretty good articles on relationships!I highly recommend it. I just renewed early so as to not miss an issue. It's really worth the price. You wont regret it - no matter your age!

There Is A Reason Why This Magazine Had Endured The Test of Time!
Have read this magazine since I was starting out years ago and the quality is just excellent. I have been a career and family gal and Good Housekeeping keeps up with the times and is for all generations. If you are 22 and in your first apt you would like it. An older lady would find it addressing her needs too. That is the appeal. The product reviews and their award Good Housekeeping Seal makes for good reading and shopping. Over the years they have kept up with the times. Recipes are quality. Fashion and makeup trends a go to. This is not a magazine full of ads with a few articles. This is quality serving it's readers.

A nice magazine!
I was so happy to find Good Housekeeping on Amazon. These types of magazines are so hard to find anymore. Even though it is only about half the size it used to be, it is still great and always interesting to read.

Like it. Good price for good articles & recipes, etc.
I like how it has a lot of colorful pictures, has helpful articles on things like diet, home tips, health and also good recipes. The seasonal issues are fun.

great resource for tips
I have kept all past issues of Good Housekeeping Magazine because of the useful tips each one holds. Unlike other magazines, GH is not based around pages featuring 1 ad each. Instead, each page features, tests, and reviews products (ex: top hair products) and offers the reasons why we should trust them to tell us it the best for our money. In addition to tips, readers can expect to find one to three pages devoted to subjects such as; parenting, exercise and diet, organizing, and money saving tips.My favorite is the fashion section. Each month, I tear-out the fashion pages and combine them with style tips from MORE and HEALTH magazine and place them inside my own "Fashion Tips" binder. I keep the binder at work on the break table. What better way to inform co-workers how to spruce up their wardrobe!Plus, there is always a new recipe listed in the Food and Nutrition section. My only request would be to add a gardening section. The section on decorating is also a little weak but that is why I subscribe to decorating magazines as well.

Ideas
Good magazine with interesting stories, and good ideas. Hopefully it doesn’t go out of print and just become digital.

Love the magazine
I love GoodHousekeeping and the subscription was a good price. Unfortunately Amazon no longer offers subscription services.

Not what it used to be
In the 80's I actually started my own shopping business, copying the idea from someone who had done this in New York. I was successful. Also, as a young mother, I learned a lot from the articles and shared some of the valued information with others.Currently, the magazine is geared to folks who want to be skin beautiful, which is ok, but your magazine is so full of advertisements that I did not renew this year. Disappointed.
