So simple to make and they were so delicious I didn't really have to add any sing I'm pretty sure I mean it was just so good they were great it was the first time that I had make marshmallows over sweet yams and it was really really good I think I did blend a couple of yams in with it but man it was so good thank you

I Love Yams
Sometimes I have Fresh Yams (sweet Potatoes), but sometimes I don't get to the store and these are always nice to have in the pantry. Drain, heat, and mash. I'm not sure my family even knows the difference.
