Best melatonin ive used so far. I have started getting more headaches since using but I also just got on a medication that causes them as well. Other reviews mentioned headaches so I wanted to warn just in case but am almost certain mine is due to medications. The taste is weird but worth it and helps me sleep super quickly. I used to only have to take 5mg but now take 10mg due to medications causing sleep issues. This brand does sell higher than 10 but I would not recommend going over 10 as it is not recommended by doctors 💞

Love the price of these for such a large quantity, they dissolve quickly, and always put me right to sleep within 30 minutes orso. However I can taste the beets used to color the product. Such a strong beet flavor and that’s one of the few foods I cannot stand. I would rather have a colorless product with no beet flavor.

I like this melatonin, has a decent flavor so you don't have to drink it down. 5mg helps me sleep a little, 10mg I get drowsy faster and sleep better, 15mg I sleep too good and go into weird dream mode.
