Works great
I added this to the end of my led shop light so I could plug another light into it that would be controlled by the same switch. Cut an appropriate sized hole in the sheet metal of my existing fixture and snapped this in. Wired it up and I was good to go.

Good quality, easy to install
This is a good quality receptacle, UL and CSA approved. The snap-in feature and attached leads make it easy to install in a square cutout. I am using these in a project which controls AC loads with a small DC signal, and these are much more compact and convenient for use in a project box or chassis than regular duplex receptacles.

Aluminum Ground Lead
Purchased this to replace an outlet in a 45 year-old medicine cabinet. It fit perfectly. Beware that the photo shows three copper leads, but the one I received has copper black and white leads. The green ground lead is aluminum wire and thus requires some care in connecting to a copper ground wire.

It worked!
This was the perfect solution. I needed to add a single receptacle to the inside of a junction box that was used to mount a security camera. The camera required house power which I could run to the area I needed, but needed a receptacle in the junction box that would house the camera plug and misc camera wires. I've added picture of project, but you can't see receptacle. I using a drill bit in the plastic housing and created a 1" square opening that this receptacle snapped into (the thickness of junction box was perfect. Worked just as I wanted it to.

THREE PRONG PANEL MOUNT 125V RECPTACLE
This is mainly used as a replacement utility 110v recptacle that is panel mounted. It is used on many products and is hard to find in a brick and mortar store these days, I know I went to many stores searching. This is used on many devices stoves, small elec. appliances, home projects, etc. I added this to a bathroom light fixture so I could have a 110v outlet. Just had to cut and file a slighly less than 1 inch square hole in the light fixture base (metal shell) and it snapped right into place. Of course, if you have a broken one to replace, you don't have to create a new hole.

Cheap, okay
It's cheap, so it's got that going for it. It'd be nice to find a stronger made one though. The plastic tabs on the side that secure it in are not very strong and when I pull cord plugs out of the socket, the tabs squeak and the socket tries to pull out, which makes it feel janky and unprofessional. My previous outlet had metal tabs, but I can't find a product with those anymore. Also note the ground wire is 16 GA, not 14 GA per description. The hot/neutral are 14 GA so it's acceptable (although another silly cost cutting method) to use one step smaller on ground.

Fit my old Kenmore stove perfectly
Great price and installed right away without difficulty. Very pleased that it snapped perfectly into place. Never had any power issues or anything and works great. Highly recommended.

They fit, they're a great value, get 2
I just installed this in my Kenmore C970 range. Be aware that the 3 pigtails from this plug are very short, so you will have to retrofit (solder or couple) the old wires to the new wires. Removed one star. Make sure you get 2 - 1 for each side. You have to take the stove somewhat apart, so replace them both at the same time. They fit the OEM housings and are very inexpensive replacement compared to brand name ones.Simple install, but not without work. You'll need a Phillips screwdriver, wire strippers, crimpers, soldering gun (optional), electrical tape and make sure you turn off the breaker to the stove. In the C970 case, I simply removed the screws from the front of the panel, the screws along the top of the rear plate, wiggled the side panel bezels and out popped the whole top panel. 1/2 hour later, it was all back together. Took longer to clean than it took to install the repalcements.

Nice product
Fits perfectly on the square hole. The plug fit the cord tight so there’s no spark risk. I replace the old one for that reason.
