Q: I need to know how to change from 24 hr. mode to 12 hr mode. All other functions are easy to set, but I cannot do this one.

• Time with 12- or 24-hour format• Day and date• 2nd time zone• Optional hourly chime• 24-hour stopwatch• 24-hour countdown timer• Daily alarm• INDIGLO® night-lightPress MODE repeatedly to step through modes: Time, Stopwatch (SP), Alarm (AL), Timer (TR), andTime 2 (T2). Press MODE to exit current mode and return to Time mode.Button functions shown with setting functions in parenthesesTIMETo set time and date:1) With time and date showing, press SET and hold for 2 seconds.2) Seconds flash. Q: Is there any way the band could be made smaller?

Its easy to adjust the band, it takes 15-20. There are a lot of youtube videos out there to adjust. You unbend the side panels, remove the hooks and adjust accordingly.

Q: How big of a band is it?
