The knife looks like it is made from a lot of metal, and it sure held like a heavy piece of metal, it is hard to chop. might be better for someone with more grip and power

Easy to use
I’ve been searching for a nicely weighted cleaver that can be used to cut through poultry bones and this is it! I was able to quickly take apart a roasted duck and carve up fairly thin pieces as well. A bonus is that now my husband won’t continue using my vegetable cleaver to chop through chicken bones.
