Instructions Confusing, Decent End Product
So, I am going to start with THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE IN THE LITTLE BOXES OF SCREWS!Now that you know where to find your instructions, they really are not all that great. They label all of the pieces, on paper, with letters and numbers but they do not actually label the physical pieces to match the instructions. If they did label the physical pieces it would make this 100% easier to construct than it is currently.I was able to put it together over the course of 3-4 hours. It suggests 2 people for assembly but I did it by myself, which I assume is why it took as long as it did. I am sure if I had, had help it would have taken less time. Much of the time was just working out what was what and where it went. Once you have that it is pretty easy. The actual construction only took maybe 1.5-2 hours, again if I had a second set of hands I am sure it would have been faster.I noticed that a lot of the other reviews mentioned that the unit was kind of wobbly. I was really worried because mine was also somewhat wobbly when I had it all together but then I noticed the little corner bits that I had not put in yet. I put in a picture of what I am talking about in the images. They go into the top and bottom corners of the back of the unit. They completely take away the wobble. SO If you skip them, the unit is going to wobble. DO NOT skip them.I bought this for makeup storage and it works great. I love the space it has. Overall I like how it stores my makeup, I like how tall it is and how wide it is. I wish the drawers pulled out a little further, but it's not the end of the world.

These are exactly what i needed to orginize, sort, tidy freshen up my sewing room.
These are just what I needed. They are very fresh and clean in appearance. While being small and compact they provide plenty of space for the multiple 'things' a well stocked sewing room must have.I was wanting to arrange my sewing room since we downsized from where I had a sewing room that was more than twice as large as what I have now. Through the 3 years we have been here I have been trying to, arrange, rearrange and then arrange again so that I can store and most of all "LOCATE" what I have. Finally I found these. I ordered one single rolling cabinet as well as the double one that matches it but after a bit of confusion and delays I cancelled the larger double cabinet and ordered 2 more of these.I am very excited to start what playing and finally arrange my room in a way that every space is clean, sorted and accessible.I will add some pictures once the last 2 arrive and I have sorted the room out.

It works, is practical, is unattractive, and gratuitously wastes space
I needed a 16" deep side-desk arrangement in my home office with a maple top that would not be too different in height from my 28-1/4" desk. This was to bear my scanner and printer and was to have lots of drawer space for office consumables and computer-related bits and pieces. I searched everywhere and could find nothing. Eventually, I found this Winsome product on Amazon. It is too low by about 2 inches. My decision was to buy two, put them side-by-side, and lay a 48" by 16" maple veneer slab over them. I could not find a suitable slab and bought the slab in a 10" and 6" width, laying the two lengths next to each other. This has now given me the basic arrangement I was looking for. It is still quite a bit lower than the desk, but I shall live with that. The assembly was straightforward. The initial assembly instruction pages label each item, and the subsequent drawings use those labels on the components to guide the assembly. The assembly of ten drawers for two cabinet units was soul deadening, to say the least. It is also clear why they provided two extra cam fasteners of each of the two gauges. Those things are amazingly fragile and I managed to twist one big one to oblivion. If one is going to assemble these with an electric driver, whether battery driven or not, the clutch should be set to around 30-35% of the torque range. I used a 20V Ryobi driver set to 5 to 5.5 on a torque scale of 15. I set out every drawer's components in a separate heap in order to keep my head. Assembling the cabinet frame was simple; keeping one's head through the assembly process of ten drawers is a challenge. The little corner brackets are important in keeping the frame rigid. An important design aspect is the fact that the slider arrangement is metal. Every single polymer/plastic version of such arrangements I have ever owned has broken into multiple pieces. They just cannot handle the strains and stresses. I know folks complain about the fact that the drawers do not open wider, but that would have required more expensive double slider arrangements. Those may be found in, for example IKEA products, but at higher cost and NOT, repeat NOT, 16". IKEA have discontinued their 16" range of stuff for reasons only they know. The drawers have a "depth" (their extent in the horizontal into the cabinet) of only 12-3/4", while the depth of the cabinet is 16". So, YES, the design is wasting 3-1/4" of potential drawer space at the back. However, folks should realise that they would have been putting stuff in there, and stuff ads weight, and that weight would have been acting down on the front end of the drawer when pulled out. The force on the upper rear lip of the slider track and on the wheel axle of the drawer would have been rather big. This is also why folks should not complain about the single slider arrangement limiting how far the drawers get pulled out. If it pulled out further, these forces would be increased proportionately. The drawers will pull out around 8" to a first stop; then to 8-1/2 inches at a stopped detent position, which one gets to by lifting the drawer just a tad from the first stop and pulling it out LIGHTLY to the stopped detent position. Any attempt to pull it out further will cause it to come undone and sag down. This last effort should rather be seen as part of the removal of the drawer. The removability without disassembly is a useful trait in itself; one can arrange a drawer and then put it in the cabinet. The gap to access the interior of the drawer is 7-3/8" in the first stop position, and 7-7/8" in the stopped detent position. Of course, one could just lift out the entire drawer if one needed more access. The clearance height of a drawer, between the floor of the drawer and the front edge of the drawer or frame immediately above it is 3-3/4". This pretty much gives the height of the stuff that can be put in the drawer (as long as the drawer is not being removed). To the extent that I wanted to use this system to store as much small stuff as possible, this is an awkward height: not high enough for a lot of things and yet too high for most dividing systems I can find. I found a lot of 1-7/8" internal dividers at the Dollar Store, but pretty much nothing just under 3-3/4". So, the system is wasting me half of the vertical space for lack of an accompanying divider system. My search for a practical divider system continues.>>NOTE: since writing the above, I found the Essentials brand "fridge storage bin" at the Dollar Tree store. These are 11.5" deep, 3.815" wide and a beautiful 3.5" high. They fit just great, leaving 1/2 an inch of forward and backward wiggle room. I use them for storing various USB cables and gizmos.<<As to weight inside the drawers, I would be careful. It is but humble cardboard and will sag over time. Try not to put much weight near the middle of the drawers. Weightier things should be at the back, and near the edge. I would agree with the person who said that 5lbs might be a good maximum weight spread over a single drawer. Remember, paper is heavy; so are batteries. The lack of handles certainly reduces the appeal, and the cutaway "handle" arrangement makes the unit look like basement cabinetry, the cutaways being rather overwhelming. Bluntly put, it really does not look good for the use I am putting it to, but I could not find anything suitable elsewhere. Yet it does the job; but it does rather waste space.

Good but not great, you’re better off getting the IKEA Alex
I had ordered the white colour from Amazon Warehouse Deals but ended up getting the black colour, fortunately Amazon compensated me for the mistake so I did not have to haul it back to the post office for an exchange. It was a bonus that the “good condition” turned out to be a brand new cabinet that was returned to Amazon, none of the hardware was open, wrapping/packaging was still intact, no scratches on the surfaces. Assembly took roughly 1.5 hours and the instructions were easy to follow, only wish that the hardware packets were labelled with their part number so I could easily tell them apart and didn’t have to count them to figure out which one is which (all hardware came in different amounts). The reasons why I took off 2 stars is (1) one of the corners on the backing piece was cracked upon arrival, even though it was a returned item, the pieces were not tampered with as the wrapping was still intact. This was likely a problem with delivery or poor quality control; (2) there is roughly 3” of wasted space between the back of each drawer and the actual back of the cabinet. This was truly disappointing as I was hoping this was a good replacement for the discontinued IKEA wide Alex drawers. Not to mention this space would be an issue if something fell out the back of a drawer and to the bottom of the cabinet (a pain to retrieve dropped item). The drawers themselves are also quite shallow/short, nothing like the IKEA Alex; (3) the slider bars are quite finicky to install, you will have to fidget around which how high/low you adjust the back of the slider brackets so that the drawers are able to slide in without the corners banging into the drawer underneath; (4) the packaging creates a lot of mess and makes the drawer/cabinet pieces extremely dusty. I would suggest assembling this outdoors or in your garage as it made a big mess in my living area. You will want to wipe down all the pieces before starting, or else the dust will get knocked off onto your stuff inside the drawers.Besides those couple of problems/issues I had with the cabinet, I’m happy I got it for a deal through Amazon warehouse and did not purchase at full price. Is it worth $130 CAD? No. I would get the IKEA Alex storage units instead when they’re back in stock (those are around $90 CAD). I would only buy this model from warehouse deals if it is under $90.Edit - I wanted to add on that this drawer is very similar to the IKEA Micke drawer in the materials and construction. It is less sturdy and heavy compared to the Alex and has more wasted space. If you're looking for a wider Ikea Micke, this might be for you.

Great cabinet!
Reading through these reviews has me shaking my head. Y’all acting like you paid $1000 for this!! This is basic, flat pack furniture and it’s exactly as advertised! This cabinet looks great and fits our tiny tiny space. The drawers are smaller than I’d hoped for but exactly as described in the ad, so idk what I was thinking would happen, maybe Mary Poppins? The instructions were a little unclear in some parts, so take your time when assembling it. Make sure you don’t brag to your husband until it’s completely finished or he will take great delight in pointing out that you installed the drawer sliders upside down! (See photos: angled portion of the slider faces the top of the cabinet!!)
