Yes, very but they do the job. The plastic does wear down, so they don't last forever, Having said that, any other would do they same. I would buy again, without a doubt.

So far I used it twice. The kit is proper for getting in tight small spaces. Bristles are hard so not for use on brittle fragile spots. Easy to clean & durable

Absolute junk . Bought them last month. Pulled them out of the box today . Used them less the 5 seconds striped out both disk . Not even used hard. Smh it’s a straight bit in plastic no T . Poor design flaw. Lol and can’t return them. Good side I have hand brushes.

If you can operate a drill they are simple to use and have a lot more scrubbing power than hand alone!
