Cool and Steady
This supplement has definitely calmed these Terrible Hot Flashes. At night I still struggle with cover on, then cover off, then back on AGAIN. But these DIM capsules have definitely helped. Thank the LORD!!

It works!
I have a friend who is into fitness and health and in school they recommended this product for Her to Take at night before bed.I started taking this and I have noticed I don’t get nauseated or as raging with emotion during menstruation. When I wake up after sleeping, the next day I’m not sick with hunger. I am 37 going on 38 in February. I also began to lose weight and I don’t have cravings like I use to. I was eating all the sugar….and bread…. But now I’m not really interested in it.
