Todo bien excepto que al mes empezó con problemas se reiniciaba y dura muy poco la batería además se calienta y no me ayudo para nada Amazon muy difícil contactar garantía de fabricante en fin lamentable.

I was doubtful between MacBook and Microsoft surface. I choose surface. Delivery was very fast as usual. On the very first day everything was smooth, but on the second day I attached my phone to transfer some data and laptop get froze. Nothing was working. Even when i close the flap the screen was still the same as froze. Now i am sending this back and finally bought a new mac

I received this device on Aug 29th, the warranty of this laptop is supposed to be 1 year, so the warranty period shouldn't end before Aug 28th, 2022. But while I checked on Microsoft site and found that this device once has been registered on 2020/12/02, its warranty period will end on 2022/02/01. That's unacceptable. The product we buy should include the device itself and the warranty period, they are combined as a whole, it's unfair for we customers to pay a total amount but didn't get a complete product. Moreover, the Amazon's customer service promised to get me an answers on Aug 30th, but yet I received any respond.

Equipo ultra ligero, con un tamaño optimo, adecuado y cómodo para trabajar. Lo que note es que la cámara incorporada no es compatible con Windows Hello, sin embargo, esto se compensa con el lector de huellas.
