These are my favorite hydration drink mixes, but I mix 1 packet into 32oz if i'm doing activities and carrying a big water bottle and only use like 1/4 of a packet if i'm home using a 12 or 16oz glass. The flavor and salt is extremely palatable to me, but only if it's more watered downed. I also really like that these powdered mixes dissolve instantly and are easy to get inside any bottle and you can change the amount unlike the dissolving tablet kinds. It has a tiny bit of 'natural flavor' sugar but I think it tastes way better than the brands with all stevia or a bunch of vitamins. Obviously vitamins are good for you and sugar isn't but the flavor of those is worse. I prefer this formula for just hydration because I can stomach drinking way more water than with nothing or other electrolyte mix brands.

Love, love this lemonade hydration powder! It’s a very mild flavor, I never get tired of it. And especially not too sweet. I’m really concentrating on staying hydrated, so this is perfect. I just wish it had magnesium in it, that’s the only improvement I’d made. I have to buy magnesium powder and add it in.

I usually turn to Liquid IV but as this is fsa approved and Liquid IV is seemingly the only one out there not approved, I thought I'd give this a try.This doesn't pack in the additional vitamins and minerals of IV or some others, but it's a good basic electrolyte replenishment spectrum, which dissolves perfectly, doesn't contain aspartame or Sucralose, and has a very pleasant, mild flavor.I've been sipping one daily while kicking a summer cold and I look forward to them. I'll keep these on hand now, even if IV ever does join the fsa brigade, and alternate. With this one being much lower in sugar and quite ample to the task, it's a pleasant way to hydrate properly during illness, exercise, heat or general stress.

Love this product for hydration issues. I add some real lemonade for a stronger lemon flavor. Easy to use, individual serving sizes are convenient and stay fresh.

So effective for hydration when the kiddos are sick. Thankful that to have these healthier ingredients.

I was looking for a new supplement drink that was affordable and saw this.The package came way earlier than expected and took my first drink.The powder's easy to mix, and the pullaway cut out doesn't snag or rip more thant he stop in all the times I did it.For the flavor, it's a lot more mild than most energy drinks. It has a real unsweetened natural taste where it's easy to chug or be used as an shake additive.Now the salt aftertaste is there, but no more than say, the average Gatorade.It's definitely very hydrating, giving a boost with no crashes or lulls. It helps someone like me who can chug two gallons and still be parched a lot.Overall, I'd definitely be a repeat customer, and I've felt I can use it any day.

This is supposed to be a better taste than Pedialyte. My kids still won’t drink this. Maybe we just have super picky kids. Worth a try for kids that won’t drink Pedialyte I guess. I bought this for the shelf life since Pedialyte has to be disposed of shortly after opening. Also, I don’t want to take up room in my fridge.
