This is the concentrate, not the paste. This concentrate is far more bitter/burned sugar tasting that tamarind paste - be sure this is what you want.

I love to cook, I was introducted to this product last year. I wanted to make my own BBQ sauce, i remembered about the tamicon paste, saw it was available, purchased it, received it, all without problems. BBQ sauce was great. Will buy again.
