Reading the comments I was hesitant to buy this. Seems like a lot of ppl are disappointed due to chips, flaws or the texture not being smooth and balls not being warmed. However I researched it and if the country of origin is Pakistan, it may have a few flaws due to its authenticity. These are mined and while heavy they are fragile. Fake lamps are more resistant to chipping and small flaws. Mine is perfect. The tiny chip in one ball isn't anything I can't live with. I love how you can change the light from dim to bright. It's very eye catching. You do have to be careful when placing the balls in the bowl due to the bulb placement as not to break it. Not sure about the complaints about the balls not being warm or hot. Mine are very warm, verging on almost to hot to hold and it feels amazing. I guess if your looking for absolute perfection and smoothness then don't purchase an authentic one. In closing the best compliment I can offer is that I would definitely purchase this as a gift. Definitely worth it!

When evening come and I have turned off all other lights this lights up my room like a beautiful sunrise. It gives me a warm comforting feeling. So peaceful. I have bought 4 to give as gifts. Everyone loved them. This comes with extra lights but you can just buy salt lamp bulbs on Amazon. I buy them for my other little lamps as well, the ones that take a nightlight base. It has a dimmer switch so you can go bright or a soft nightlight glow. The salt balls look like little planets ,I love that!

The lamp looks beautiful! everything arrived as described. So far I am very happy with this purchase. I like that you can adjust the intensity of the light. It gives calm and tranquility to the room. Arrived on time, excellent service. I will be happy to buy here again. I don't have much experience with salt lamps, in fact this is my first lamp. The balls when using them to massage the back are spectacular, I used them cold (immediately after the lamp arrived) I will try to use them warm. The color of the salt is a little lighter than I expected, however when you turn on the lamp it becomes more orange color ☺️Brightness ✅Giftable ✅Value for money ✅

I don't really use the balls for heat because they don't get that warm! But they feel great cold. I can use them behind my knee for an ice pack.

This is a cool and original lamp.It really adds an energetic, yet soft aura to my massage room.It's weight definitely threw me off though, was not expecting it to be as heavy as it is.This product came very heavily covered in thin cardboard and paper and plastic.The balls are individually wrapped, so it literally took me 7 minutes just to get the whole thing ready for display.That's a good thing though, since it is a fragile product.Aesthetically beautiful, but no way in heck the balls will get anything close to even warm with that tiny little light bulb.If you want to use this on a body, the best thing to do is microwave the balls. It should be done incrementally by 5 to 7 seconds.(I found that by spacing all of the balls out in the microwave, it takes about 25 seconds, but your microwave wattage may vary.)After they are heated, they do retain their heat for about 15 minutes.When using these on my son for a practice run, I came up with a new concept for exfoliating skin with using these salty, rough balls.I definitely will be using them throughout my entire massage sequence, and look forward to the feedback I'll get from them.Fair price for a beautiful and useful lamp/massage tool.

I bought one of these several years ago from Bed Bath and Beyond which still works great to today. This lamp and balls has a beautiful appearance but no metal cage over the bulb. The cage prevents the bulb from getting damaged and is how the balls get hot. So without this feature it’s just pretty to look at..no hot bulbs. Amazon sent me a replacement thinking it was a missing piece, but box #2 came with NO metal cage. I’ll be sending them both back.

My sister loves it has great light not too dim or write and nice color not too big or small good for the money too. Was delivered by ups to wrong home but Amazon sent a refund an another was there in 3 days so thank you Amazon

Gifted this to my Mother in Law, who holds a lot of stress in her hands. She loves the ambient glow of the rocks as they heat, and occasionally holding one to give her fingers some heat therapy. I also use these to roll out knots on my back, the heat helping to loosen the muscles.
