Glad I bought it.
Arrived completely flat in one of those compression bags, at first I was disappointed but it plumped up immediately. Its nice and thick but not huge and feels very comfortable. I thought it would move around but it stayed in place and I slept soundly on my side for the first time in ages. It did move when I changed positions but I seemed to subconsciously replace it. It definitely helped with my hip and back pain.

Game changer!
This pillow has really helped me with pain in my spine and my sciatic nerve. I'm getter much better quality sleep. I'm not waking up sore in the night and struggling to get out of bed. This item has made a huge difference to me. I'd give it a five star if it had a spare cover!

Good product
I was surprised at how good this item is at supporting your hips and legs during sleep. It was easy to use and fits the shape of your body well. Great value for money.

Worth a try if you have back pain
It look like some gynacological appliance but is actually a useful device to help with back troubles. I hurt my back running and read that it was better to sleep on ones side with a pillow bewteen one knees to relieve pressure on the back and hips. Its surprsingly comfortable and stays in place overnight. I find I don't notice its presence and thin t has helped as my back doesn't feel as stiff in the mornings as it had before. Diffucult to be sure as the passage of time s a great healer but I think its worth trying and does no harm. It also stops me turning over to sleep on my front which is bad for backs.

Quite good for leg pain.
It gets a bit hot and it's not very comfortable.

Pain relief
Value for money:Great price and neat design. I have felt the benefit in easing pain already. The only issue was that the delivery driver stated that the parcel was handed to the customer.....it was not, he left it between our car and the garage, luckily I had seen him pull up and noticed that he didn't come to the front door !
