K9 Itch & Allergy Advanced Formula, Bacon Flavor, 32 oz

My Pit has been on Apoquel for years. It is expensive and also a pain to try and get him to take a pill. He always found it no matter what I had hidden it in. He has been on Liquid Vet Allergy for three weeks now, and although he still scratches more than I would like, he doesn't have any red spots, rashes, or sores like all of the other times I have tried to take him off of Apoquel. I wish it didn't have the fishy smell, but I pour the Liquid Vet for joints over the top and so far he will eat whatever I put it on. I highly recommend this product and also the one for joints.

It is easy to use and dogs seem to like the taste. Big difference helps to cut down the itching

I've been given this to one of my clients that keeps on going to the vets and getting all kinds of medication. I started giving this this medicine allergy whatever you want to call it to him once a day and he has gotten better he no longer sneezes he doesn't have this horrible sound when he's coughing and or gagging. And I think it's also dried up his chest. Too I would recommend this for any dog that has any kind of allergies.

This product did not work well for my dog! The unflavored formula SMELLED like fish! I mixed it in dogs food. After a few weeks, it seemed to make him space or high. He'd sit facing the corner & stop interacting with family. We must take care when administering products to pets that may not react like they would in humans. I doubt its veterinarian approved. I do not advise buying this product & couldn't tell if it worked to lessen allergy symptoms at all. I threw the other bottle in the trash. Weeks later, I still smell fish in the cupboard. I won't be reordering it. Other better & safer products are available for pets.

This wonderful family-owned small company with their Made in the USA products have been a lifesaver for our allergy-prone dogs living in the south during the summer months! Their ears and coats are healthy and shiny, after dealing with MANY vet or store-bought medications over the years that did little or no help for the itchiness and irritation of allergies. This liquid can be poured over their food, and they eat it more readily than without it! The price per bottle is great, especially compared to all of the other allergy alternatives, and lasts for months. The Liquid-Vet Joint supplement has also kept our 13 year old lab, pictured sprawled out in comfort, happy and active and keeping up with her puppy cohort for years. This brand is the best!

My dog is a picky eater. I had to syringe it in her cheek but it takes time and she hates it! I’m going to try pouring it over her food tomorrow hoping she will take it. I thought about doing that first but the smell is so strong. I got chicken and it doesn’t smell like chicken. So I wouldn’t buy if your dog is a picky eater. They should’ve made this in a treat form or even a pill would be easier for my girl. Other than that when I gave it to her it seemed to work for a couple hours. Then the itching again. Maybe this is one that takes time? Not sure

Most importantly no side effects or drugs, it works the itch stopped hair grew back the unflavored seems to be liked better than the salmon flavor

This really worked well for about a month but our poor German Shepherds allergies are just to bad in the summer, but as far as the product goes it is a good product and my dog had no upset stomach or anything from it. We also used yogurt to mix with it.
