F8 Super Strength Cleaner Boiler Central Heating System Sludge Remover Radiator Protector Inhibitor 500ml

Very easy to use and apply to keep the central heating system clean. An excelent product.

Used this product to clean my open vented central heating system. Just drain down the system, pop this into the central heating expansion tank in the loft (or a radiator) and leave it in for a week. It has resolved a reoccurring F22 error on my boiler, which was detecting sludge build up in the pipework. It is stronger than many others but is easy to flush out after cleaning.

This product does the job to remove buildup of sludge & debris in a heating system, follow instructions left it in the central heating system for two weeks on my own system, & it worked very well to remove buildup of sludge and debris in the Central heating system, you will need to follow instructions and flush out after use & use Fernox F1 inhibitor afterwards,I've now noticed that I can turn down the heating flow temperature which proves it has worked very well, quite amassed at the distance it has made, thus saving money & improving central system performance 👍

Had the boiler serviced over the last two years and the pipes were still clanging, so decided to google to find out. It was obvious that this was a problem with scaling and or dirt in the radiators. The site recommended Fernox and having never before tackled this kind of job I set about putting it into the water tank, waiting a week then drained the system myself. Result is very quiet plumbing and a very happy 70 year old who can at last put the heating on and have all radiators getting hot and with no noise. What a brilliant product. Also used the Fernox additive to hopefully keep the system clean.

I was getting quite a bit of kettling in the boiler, so thought it was time for a clean. I bought this, it was relatively expensive, but from a good brand. It needs to go in the header tank, and mine is a pain to get to. After a drain down and clean of the tank, just pour this in and fill up. After about a week I drain down again and flushed through a few times. Topped up with inhibitor (from the same brand) while fitting a new radiator, and things are much improved, a lot less kettling.

I left this in a system for 2 weeks under normal use of the boiler due to intermittent noise In a two bed house After flushing and installing inhibitor we now have a quiet efficient boiler

Heating engineer said needed new boiler. Not anymore I don't. For a few pounds instead of hundreds I've got it working myself. Leave in system for couple of weeks and drain down. Bottle enough for 16 rads.
