Q: Does this soften lines around lip area?

It does soften the lines above the lip but I don't know about under. I have just started trying it below. I've had great success above the lip area.

I love this product. I am 72 years old and the skin around my lips has never been better. I would recommend this product to everyone.

Q: why doesn't it work the same on the bottom lip?

I used the cream for the little vertical lines that form above the upper lip. I haven't used it on the bottom lip because it wasn't needed there. And it isn't actually used on the lip, itself. ONLY above the lip, on the vertical lines.

Q: IS there fragrance in this product?

Not that I've noticed. Why would an upper lip product have a fragrance?
