Q: Can this item be filled with liquid and put into the freezer?

I have filled mine with a mixture of water, salt, and rubbing alcohol. This way the water can't freeze all of the way and the ice is flexible. After use, I just put it back in the freezer for the next use. The freezing process doesn't seem to hurt the liner of the bag, because it has not leaked at all.

Q: How do you dry the inside after use?

As many other customers have shared, leaving the top off and putting it upside down on a dish drying rack is the best option for letting the inside dry out.

Q: Mine is leaking through fabric? Is there a way to fix?

It is condensation and will happen with any ice bag. I use mine with a small towel wrapped around the bag and it catches any wetness.
