Found it at Eataly in NYC and this is a repeat purchase. Buttery and smooth. Yum.

Rancid olive oil
So disappointed. Was looking forward to this olive oil from Umbria. It arrived and I tasted it immediately. OMG IT WAS HORRIBLE. Then I looked at the expiration date. 2019 says it all.

This oil was nearly 4 years old. Blah. It's ok to cook with, but not what I was expecting. Should have known better though.

Wonderful Taste
I purchased a bottle of this years ago while in Chicago. It has been the only Olive Oil we have used since then. It has a wonderful flavor and we use it to sauté, marinate, salads and brown meats. Definitely our favorite Olive Oil. I was so happy that Amazon finally carried it!
