great non stick performance but noticing the film is peeling off from the edges. Been in the dishwasher a dozen times.

Love using this on our new induction hob, good heat distribution and it is very easy to use and clean. They are a perfect combo. If you have a bridge function on your hob it is large enough to have one heat setting at one end and a cooler one at the other to be getting all the bits of your fried breakfast well timed. But I was surprised at how fragile the non-stick was, wooden implements scratched it immediately so I invested in a good silicone spatula and won't let anything else near it.

This griddle is great quality, the non stick is superb and its very well made/heavy. It doesnt quite hold the heat as well as a cast iron pan, but heats up quickly. It also quite sturdy as I found out when I left it on the roof of my car and drove off up the road. Couple of dents but still useable!

This griddle is well made and a good size. I tried it on our GE Profile Induction Stove spanning the two medium burners and used an infrared thermometer to measure surface temperature. It got to 450 deg over the center of the burners but only 275 in the middle. Even lower at the outside. Could not cook 8 pancakes without constantly shifting them around.I would not recommend this griddle for Induction stovetops. It might be ok if your stovetop can merge the two burners into one.
