I stick the Clif kid bars in my children's backpacks as they are a perfect on-the-go after school/before activities snack or just straight afternoon blood-sugar-crash mitigator. I also make sure to have a few in my purse (and in the car in the winter as they melt a bit in the summer heat). They are not loaded with artificial ingredients and the chocolate chips add a little something special so the kids feel like they are getting a treat. I have been known to have one to satisfy my chronic sweet tooth and keep my hand out of the candy box!

These taste great, have actual ingredients, and are the perfect grab and go snack for the whole family. My son is 3.2 years old and is a very finicky eater. These cliff bars are a godsent. He loves them, they are organic and made with whole grains and complex carbs that will sustain him until lunch time. I also give my son the lil critters gummi vites, lil critters immune c gummies AND lil critters calcium + D3. And at night I give him the nordic natural's omega 3 jellies.
