Easy to use product. Works great on natural hair. Temperature functions on brush are easy to see. The brush design is very attractive. Much better time using this brush than a flat iron. Your hair is left feeling soft. I used this brush on thick and thin hair. It's worth your time and money.

This is a great product. It's easier than the straightener that broke and left me searching for a new one. I love the ease at which it works. And it works in half the time, which is great because I have long hair. I really like it.

This is easy to use and makes my hair soft and shiny. I gave it 4 stars because the cord needs to be longer. Straightens really well.

This is the second one I’ve purchased. Bought the first one 1 1/2 years ago and loved it, so when it was time to replace it I bought the same one. Just as pleased with it on the second time around. Straightens my hair in no time. Highly recommend!

I like my brush.

I purchased this for my thick and curly hair. This tool heats up very quickly and locks into place for the temp. It’s important to note that once you set the temperature, it will not be able to be changed unless you turn off the unit and turn back on, so if you set it too high or low, you will need to power off, power on, and reset. This is kind of a pain but nothing too serious. I figured out that the temperature locks because when using the tool, you constantly hit the buttons and push them. I have accidentally turned the straightener off because of this.It does a great job at straightening fairly quickly; however, it does catch in the hair and doesn’t slide very smoothly. Additionally the cord is the biggest pain. It gets twisted and crinkles, causing you to have to fight to get as much length as you can without the cord hitting you or having to pull it to straighten out. Basically the cord is my biggest peeve with the product.For the price, the brush works well at its job but with some slight improvements and upgrades I think this could be a much better product.

Fantastic unit! Heats fast! Lots of temperature settings! Does a beautiful , easy job of straightening! Excellent customer service too!

Absolutely am in love with this! My hair even after blow drying, just gets a little wavy, I use this for my hair and it looks like I just came from a salon! Super easy to use. I have longer hair, comes past middle of my back, not thick hair, so it takes me only a short few minutes to do all my hair! Best thing ever bought for my hair! Works great! Doesn't make my hair dry, and it's not expensive!
