This is not cheaply made and stays cold for a long time.

This is seriously the best ice pack I’ve ever used! It was incredibly well priced. High quality! It is so large that it covers a large portion of your back, can wrap around your entire limb if that is what you are icing. It stays cold very long. I will need to buy another to try the hot option because I will always use this one as cold. Will recommend to everyone I know! Thank you for making such an awesome product Spartan!

Having had knee replacements, these ice packs were invaluable for recovery. Thay freeze quickly and are easy to form to the area they are covering. These are good to have around as you never know when you might use them. Recommended.

I have worked at both a Chiropractor’s office and for the Pharmacy at CVS. I ice my back, religiously. I have a physical job and I work on my feet all day. I have weak spots in all 3 regions of my back plus carpal tunnel. I won’t pay drug store prices for an ice pack. To get a decent size, you will spend over $20. The CVS “peas” packs? Waste of money. They are thin and won’t stay cold long. My chiropractor sells 5”x9” ice packs for only $10 and they have a nice thick gel so I can ice a couple of regions before it has to go back in the freezer, but they’re not made to last. They always get a hole and ooze gel. I am so happy I found this ice pack. The large was $18 and covers 2 regions of my back at once. The gel is nice and thick and it stays cold long enough that I can use it for 20 mins then move it to another area for another 20 mins. The seams appear to be strong and well made, solving the issue I have with other packs leaking. For the size, quality, and price, I’m very pleased with this ice pack.I cannot give a review on using it for heat. When someone is injured, like an athlete, they are treated with ice. Heat feels nice, but I have been taught that ice is best to reduce inflammation. This pack is great for that.

This brace is one of kind. I've tried others and I have several. The material is premium and the design and functionality of this are outstanding. It's a bit bulky. The sizing is confusing and one size wont fit most. If the fit is perfect for you, then you could wear this on the town almost unnoticeable. This is comfortable and the lower back wedge relieves pressure, pain, those other sensations and holds your spine "together". Meaning a good compression feeling. High quality premium material and solid durable strength. Enjoy some good body aches and pain relief within moments.

I have used this ice pack a few times already since I got it a couple weeks ago. It is great to wrap around the affected area, the arm in my case. You can use it either warm or cold. Very good quality and big enough to use it for large areas. Highly recommended.

Great ice pack, but isn't that small. Does not fit in small pocket of their shoulder brace.
