But be careful as it’s very strong and can harm your eyes. Do it with eyes closed and not too close. But it’s really good and healthy

Excellent product. Just put it in a hanky with ajwain (spice) and inhale. It maintained my family member SPO2 level when oxygen dipped to 89. Now after use of 3-4days oxygen is 95. Allopathy medicines, nimbulisation etc shall be continued with this. I even gave sponge bath to COVID patients with this crystal in warm water. Thank you for saving people life in this moment of crisis. Note: Patient to patient it may differ and doctors advise is must. God bless all.
