I have Fair skin. I purchased the light and the porcelain. I prefer the porcelain.

Q: I really loved this pen but after a while it got a really bad mildew smell and I had to stop using, is this normal? Did I just get a bad pen?

No, not not at all. I would notify who ever sold it to you and see if they would replace it. I have used mine for months and never had a bad odor.

Q: How do I get the make up to come out of the pen?

I had trouble at first, too. You have to keep twisting the thing on the end. And you have to keep twisting it A LOT! It eventually will come out ... So don't give up!
