Q: What country is this millet sourced from?

In Kenya we have similar grain with the same name. When ground we make porridge we call ‘ucuru’ which we had to add milk and sugar for taste if needed .Very delicious for the whole family! This brand is sort of bitter and definitely will need sugar This brand I don’t know where it is sourced from. Wish I-had a clearer answer.

I used it for an artisan bread recipe which was mixed with other flours. It did not add any bitterness to the taste.
