What country is this millet sourced from?

In Kenya we have similar grain with the same name. When ground we make porridge we call ‘ucuru’ which we had to add milk and sugar for taste if needed .Very delicious for the whole family! This brand is sort of bitter and definitely will need sugar This brand I don’t know where it is sourced from. Wish I-had a clearer answer.

Fine product and a plus for gluten-free baking!

Great addition to gluten-free baking, along with Redmill's Gluten-Free Oat Flour! The improvement in texture (i.e. equal to gluten-containing baked goods) makes this RedMill product well worth the money.
