Q: Green tea disturbs/depletes iron absorption, so why would this company add green tea leaf to an iron supplement?

From my understanding, green tea along with oolong tea certainly lowers iron absorption. i’m not sure how much tea you have to consume to lower your levels though

Product says this is Vegan, Gluten Free. Cannot say anymore than what product is described as.

Q: Do these change you urine color?

No, but it does darken your bowel movement.
