Will this case fit a laptop with dimensions 15" x 10.5" x 1.75"

It would probably be a very snug fit. My laptop is 15.23 x 10.19 x 1.41 and I find that it already is rather snug with it being 10.19. It will probably fit, but it would be tight.

Does anyone know if it's water proof?

Water resistant for the laptop pocket since it has a relatively solid seal which water can't penetrate without submersion. I have been stuck in a few storms with it and laptop and everything in main pocket was perfectly dry. I don't keep anything not water resistant in other pockets so I didn't check them.

Is it really black ? Or is it more like a gray/charcoal color ? Many Thanks in advance if you have a photo :)

Yes, it is black rather than a charcoal grey. I can provide a pic if wanted, just need to figure out how to include it in the review on Amazon.

Are these authentic as mine did not have a third/bottom front zipper ?

Mine was authentic but I chose someone selling with a 98% rating. For the front of the bag though there should have been a lined pocket on top with the soft material that's also on the inside pockets. A middle pocket that has some organizing slots and pen holders, mesh item holder, etc. It's good for small things. Then at the bottom of that pocket, there's a zipper to another compartment that has the regular lining. A rule of thumb that's good to follow is to check a seller's ratings before purchasing. Also, some like to stick to only purchasing products from sellers that are shipped by Amazon. With those sellers that list shipped by Amazon, it means the product is at Amazon's shipping facility and they have physical custody of it. You just have to make sure to check out a seller regardless though.
