The pills aren't big and there is no fishy taste or anything weird like that. 1 Week and a half in, and pretty happy with them!

As far as the swallowing issue goes, the smaller oval shape is much easier than the small round gelcaps that I had been using! I will continue using them. I can’t speak to the effectiveness. I have always had an issue with larger pills.

I don't know why, but these are a lot easier to swallow than the pea-sized sphere-shaped fish oil capsules. Similar size, but just somehow much easier to swallow. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
